We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented individual to provide general support to our new Victoria office. This is part time position offering 30 hours per week in the summer, followed by 20 hours per week in autumn/winter/spring with a starting pay of $23 per hour. Our office business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The working hours will be dispersed within those timelines.

We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

**Responsibilities**

Coordinate and organize the office activities

Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail

Accepting, checking-in and distributing the garments

Providing support to Sales Professionals

Oversee stock of office supplies

Being the first point of contact for the office

**Qualifications**

Strong organizational skills

Experience with administrative and clerical work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with CRM system

Strong communication skills

Strong ability to multitask

Friendly and upbeat demeanor

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
