Assister le gérant de service avec la coordination des activités des associés au sein des services alimentaires tout en maintenant les normes les plus élevées de service à la clientèle.

**Tâches et responsabilités essentielles**:

- Assister les gérants des périodes de travail pour la supervision des multiples unités de service alimentaire.
- Superviser la production des articles du menu, assurer l’achèvement de la lecture des caisses, gérer la planification des horaires de travail des associés, embaucher et former les associés.
- Apprendre du gérant de période de travail et l’assister dans la résolution de problèmes liés aux relations de travail, faire le suivi et produire des rapports hebdomadaires sur les stocks, les revenus des ventes ainsi que les coûts liés à la main-d’oeuvre et aux aliments.
- Communiquer de manière positive et enthousiaste avec les consommateurs du café et résoudre rapidement leurs problèmes.
- Garantir une stricte conformité au programme d’assurance qualité et de santé et sécurité de Compass, à la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail et aux règlements du SIMDUT.
- Coordonner fréquemment des inspections en milieu de travail ainsi que la formation sur le SIMDUT de tout le personnel et signaler rapidement tout accident ou incident en milieu de travail au siège social.
- S’assurer que l’on adhère aux normes de l’analyse des risques et au point de contrôle critique (ARMPC) pour la préparation des aliments.

**Compétences**:

- Au moins une année de solide expérience en gestion des opérations dans le secteur de l’alimentation.
- Certification « FoodSafe » Niveau 1.
- Formation complète et connaissances en matière de santé et sécurité.
- Connaissance des services alimentaires, y compris le service traiteur.
- Solides compétences de supervision et capacité à motiver et diriger le personnel.
- Une expérience en relations entre associés dans un environnement syndiqué est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication (verbale et écrite).
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office.
