**Role Overview**:
As a Wealth Management Assistant, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You'll be instrumental in supporting our team with top-tier business administration and client servicing. This role is vital in ensuring seamless internal operations and contributing significantly to our clients' financial success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver unparalleled customer service, providing personalized attention to each client.
- Assist in business administration tasks and client servicing with precision and care.
- Prepare and organize materials for client review meetings.
- Efficiently handle account openings, transfer requests, and follow-ups.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain client files in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform various administrative duties as required to support the team's objectives.
**Experience**:
- Proven track record in wealth management or related fields (banking, brokerage, money management).
- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and the Canadian investment landscape.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, fostering trust and rapport.
- Strong analytical abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and organizing workload.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for clients.

- Fluency in English (required)

**Vue d'ensemble du rôle**:
En tant qu'Assistant en Gestion de Patrimoine, vous serez au premier plan pour offrir un service exceptionnel à des clients à haut patrimoine net. Vous serez essentiel pour soutenir notre équipe avec une administration commerciale de premier ordre et un service client. Ce rôle est vital pour assurer des opérations internes fluides et contribuer de manière significative au succès financier de nos clients.
**Responsabilités**:
- Offrir un service client incomparable, en accordant une attention personnalisée à chaque client.
- Aider dans les tâches d'administration commerciale et de service client avec précision et soin.
- Préparer et organiser les matériaux pour les réunions de révision des clients.
- Gérer efficacement l'ouverture de comptes, les demandes de transfert et les suivis.
- Gérer les horaires, coordonner les réunions et maintenir les dossiers des clients en conformité avec les normes de l'industrie.
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives selon les besoins pour soutenir les objectifs de l'équipe.
**Expérience**:
- Antécédents prouvés en gestion de patrimoine ou domaines connexes (banque, courtage, gestion de fonds).
