**DESCRIPTION**
Assister le Manager de Salle dans toutes les opérations en salle, prenant les décisions finales sur les questions importantes pour le service client
Gérer le personnel, leur fournir des retours, maintenir un haut niveau de moral des employés
Former et motiver le personnel en salle
Assurer un service client positif dans tous les domaines ; enquêter et répondre aux plaintes, prenant toutes les actions appropriées pour transformer les clients insatisfaits en clients fidèles
Mettre à jour l'emploi du temps selon les besoins
Faire preuve de leadership en créant une culture qui tourne autour de l'expérience et du plaisir de la nourriture et du vin
Compléter les briefs quotidiens et les rapports de fin de shift
**QUALIFICATION**
Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un restaurant à rythme rapide et/ou un poste de manager
Connaissance et passion pour l'hospitalité, le service alimentaire et/ou la gestion
Doit être bilingue (Français & Anglais)
Compétences organisationnelles et attitude d'esprit d'équipe

*Un diplôme en Hôtellerie ou équivalent est considéré comme un atout

- WITH Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced **Assistant Floor Manager** for its three airport restaurants (Ryu & Livia Cafe)

**LOCATION**: YUL Montreal Trudeau Airport
**SCHEDULE**: Full-time
**PAY**: Competitive salary

**DESCRIPTION**
- Assist the Floor Manager in all front of house operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to guest service
- Manage staff, providing them with feedback, maintain a high level of employee morale
- Train and motivate front of house staff
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Update schedule as needed
- Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine
- Complete daily briefs and shift end reports

**QUALIFICATION**
- Min 2years experience in a fast-paced restaurant and/or manager position
- Knowledgeable and passionate about hospitality, food service and/or management
- Must be Bilingual (French & English)
- Organizational skills and a team player attitude

*A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
