**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Greeting clients, offering refreshments, and guiding them to appropriate meeting room
- Managing HR first day onboarding tasks
- Notifying staff of incoming packages and guests
- Answering the reception phone and directing calls accordingly
- Cleaning the kitchen areas daily
- Ensure boardrooms are clean and tidy at the end of each day
- Managing the third-party custodial services
- Ordering supplies for the office as required - maintain stock room
- Planning and executing seasonal office décor changes
- Saving vendor invoices to be coded
- Receiving customer payments in person and recording in the project system
- Providing general support to the Social team with day to day administrative tasks as required
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- 2+ years administrative or clerical experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence
