The IT Project Manager reports directly to the Information Technology Manager and is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering internal and third party managed service and advisory projects, while on time, within budget and in accordance with specifications. To achieve these important goals, the IT Project Manager will define project requirements and scope, acquire project resources, and supervise the efforts of project team members. Efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders and upward reporting to senior management are critical activities that must be performed throughout each project's lifecycle.

**Skills**/**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma from University or College in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Master/MBA is a plus
- PMP/CAPM and or Agile certification is a must
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 3-5 years minimum experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator, or related role
- Experience with working knowledge in Java, Oracle forms (middleware), Apex, PL/SQL, TSQL
- Relevant experience managing IT and/or IT security roadmaps, projects, and activities
- Strong familiarity with developed code release, design, build/develop, QA, UAT & Prod release process
- Experience following Project Management Agile principles, using Scrum or other Agile Frameworks
- Strong sense of ownership and teamwork
- Experienced in verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively connect with both business and technical teams
- Ability to implement processes and guidelines
- Ability to take personal initiative and observe confidentiality
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Developed organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Working understanding of Jira, Confluence

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Primarily manage internal custom Oracle APEX software project activities throughout the Project Management Lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success
- Plan all project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and micro-deliverables using the appropriate software tools and/or Project Management methods in relation to promotion of developed code release
- Compile regular metrics related to the performance of the project with respect to stated objectives
- Coordinate with partners and any other third parties involved in the project to ensure progress of delivery is on schedule, within budget and following project management or Agile methodology
- Where required, conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and enhance project management practices based on findings
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates on progress
- Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associate work; create contingency plans to mitigate risk
- Manage both internal and external teams under a same project scope
- Responsible for project management practices such as project planning, risk management and communication management
