**What will you do as a Project Manager at Sqills?**:
As a Project Manager at Sqills, you will be part of our Customer Centric Team located in America and you will guide our North and South American clients in modelling their business processes in our industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product: S3 Passenger. With S3 Passenger, you will work with the most modern sales and reservation system on the market for rail and bus operators. Integrating S3 Passenger for a rail operator is a challenge. It concerns mission critical business processes that need to be modelled in a functionally rich and flexible SaaS product. Variations are endless, requiring deep analytical skills and good understanding of business processes, functionality and context of our clients. In addition, there is a portion in the larger IT ecosystem of our clients that typically requires custom integration.
- As Project Manager you will lead the implementation and integration of S3 Passenger into the IT landscape of our clients. During these (at times multi-year) implementation you are the guiding and connecting force in the realisation of our projects between the clients and Sqills. In practice, this means that you manage impactful implementation projects from start to go-live; you manage the relationship (uncertainties, expectations, and information), motivate the project team members, supervise the execution of the work according to the relevant project procedures, are responsible for accurate project planning and of course ensuring that the end-result is delivered within budget. Additionally, you will partner-up with your peer Business Consultants on the project for modelling our clients’ business processes into S3 Passenger. You therefore get excited by immersing yourself in their business so that you are a fully-fledged discussion partner for all stakeholders.**Your profile**:
We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track-record in managing projects with challenging stakeholders (at different levels) and driven by working in a technology driven environment that delivers business value. You understand market and consumer trends in public transport and build a deep understanding of our clients’ business as well as our S3 Passenger SaaS product.

You can challenge the status quo and create solutions. We are open to welcome colleagues with a background in development and/or information/business analysis.

**In addition, you have**:
- You have a Master’s degree;
- Proven track-record with project management and change management methodologies;
- Experience in managing implementation projects of cloud-based software products requiring extensive (back-end) integration e.g. via RESTful APIs;
- An independent, assertive and stress-resistant personality;
- You are willing to travel to clients world-wide;
- International experience and ambition;
- You are able to interpret difficult problems and facilitate clients towards sustainable solutions;
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and in writing and can communicate in a client-centric way;
- Demonstrable experience in addressing business needs and objectives with adequate IT solutions;
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or project manager in IT - with strong focus on the content;
- You like having different responsibilities, working in small teams on challenging assignments.
