Siemens Mobility Customer Services Digital Transformation is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and dedicated IT Project Manager to ride the exciting world of Digital Transformation of the Rolling Stock service and maintenance business. Together with our multi-functional teams and customers, you will drive Digital Transformation by using the strength of Rail Service with Digital Services.

Cybersecurity solutions are designed to protect your critical Infrastructure and Assets. And, of course, Expert Advice on how we can demonstrate cloud technology and data to unlock new business models such as SaaS and PaaS and improve our and customers' maintenance processes to achieve 100% of Availability and Reliability.

You will develop and implement the Portfolio of Digital Services for already existing TSSSA Contracts as well as Standalone Digital Solutions contracts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all IT systems during all phases of the initiative, including planning, design, implementation, system tests, integration, and customer acceptance.
- Be the central point of contact for our customer for all IT scope incl. presentations, offer creation and deal closure,
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, devise contingency plans.
- Lead negotiations with customers for scope clarification and changes in scope, cost, and schedule.
- Support the technical architecture team in design review activities for conceptual, preliminary, and final design.
- Support the Delivery of head-on project status updates for the overall program based on the customer.
- Drive project schedule for design, project milestones (utilizing our milestone methodology), information technology delivery, and acceptance.
- Lead strategic project activities for technology implementation and train acceptance.
- Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and transparent fashion.
- Develop and deliver monthly project reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, and presentations to management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the Quality Assurance team in testing, creating use cases.
- Develop and drive the execution of product-specific regional growth initiatives, campaigns, sales strategies, and account plans
- Support & catalyzes the local launch / roll-out of new offerings
- Can articulate and spread the key value proposition and knowledge of the product across their region, enabling and inspiring others around them

**Required Professional Experience**:

- At least five years of experience in complex Digitalization/IT projects
- Certification in Siemens-specific PM tools and methods, Project Management Professional (PMP®), or other Project Management methodology and terminology.
- Demonstrated success in Innovation Projects
- Capability to lead and motivate a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical equivalent experience.
- Demonstrates an exceptional understanding of rail manufacturing or rail maintenance, digitalization, and business management.
- Intercultural experience and collaboration with international Project Teams.
- Tech-savvy and innovative approach
- Demonstrably strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**:

- Three or more years of direct customer service experience in rail industry
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
