**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service and technical skills. The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of all suite metering and sub metering projects. They are involved in the planning, managing and directing of the execution of project related activities. Reporting to the Head of Operations of GHMS, the incumbent will need to possess strong organizational skills and exceptional communication skills as they will be working collaboratively with a number of internal/external customers and vendors. This person will manage multiple projects with various complexities in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** **Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple projects with varying complexity
- Complete building assessments to prepare quotes for project feasibility
- Review electrical and mechanical drawings in order to design metering system layout
- Develop and implement detailed project execution plans to ensure obstacles are minimized and projects are executed effectively and within scope
- Facilitate project kick-off/post project evaluation meetings with key stakeholders
- Plan and manage resources appropriately to ensure project is executed as planned
- Work collaboratively with Operations team to identify project requirements (material requirements, material readiness timelines, resources etc.)
- Prepare Bill of Materials for projects to ensure that the right materials are ordered
- Work collaboratively with external customers including Property Developers, Property Management, Electrical and Mechanical Contractors, Vendors, and Utility LDC Primary Contacts
- Prepare and present Project Status Reports and Work-Plan reports to key stakeholders
- Anticipate potential problems or areas of opportunity while planning the project or in the field and recommend solutions or corrective/preventive actions
- Conducts visual inspections and testing/commissioning of electrical installations, single and three-phase meters, multi-customer meters, metering equipment and metering systems following Measurement Canada approved Quality Assurance procedures and Golden Horseshoe Metering Systems procedures (e.g. S-E-04)
- Responsible for coordinating and conducting visual inspection and testing/commissioning of water and thermal metering systems
- Ensure quality and accuracy of the data and information delivered to customers
- Confirm and review the data, site and installation information to ensure completion prior to S-E-04 Inspections (e.g. Pre-inspections)
- Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the data and files (file management). Submit/upload files and pictures in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

**Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Post-secondary diploma in Project Management or related disciple and or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant field experience with an electrical and/or mechanical systems or equivalent experience
- Valid Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver’s Licence with an excellent driving record
- Ability to lift up to 30kg (various metering equipment and electrical panels)
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces (i.e. electrical closets)
