**Job Description**:
**WHAT'S THE JOB?**

**Your work will include**:

- Responsible for the efficient response to end-user requests including user account creation, project set up requests and associated project administration.
- Participate on teams or projects which recommend, coordinate, and implement changes and/or improvements to processes, products, or systems.
- Create and maintain process and system documentation.

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Business related degree or technical diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience working with Procore is an asset.
- Experience working in an IT Project Management environment is an asset.
- Prior experience in process or change management is considered an asset.
- Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office
- Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project.
