**Reports to**:Sales Director

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receives and responds to sales and customer service inquiries on supply, lead times, quote information, manufacturing locations, and general product questions
- Maintains open lines of communication with customers and internal employees regarding lead times, promise dates, product requirements, shipping, etc. and updates status as needed
- Ensures high level of service to strategic market customer accounts
- Responds to inquiries and requests in a timely manner regarding product selection, placement of orders and fulfilment, pricing, freight quotes, samples, product literature and complaints
- Initiates communication with existing and potential customers to determine purchasing requirements for company products
- Manages the market stocking programs
- Maintains inventory levels across plants and regions by monitoring min/max levels according to demand
- Reviews customer forecast files and ensures all contract customer stocking programs are maintained and managed as outlined in the relevant agreement
- Highlights and identifies capacity constraints and bottlenecks
- Holds quarterly stocking program reviews for ongoing evaluation and adjustments
- Provides communication to customers on price changes and reconfirms new pricing
- Coordinates internal activities with production and shipping departments
- Monitors production schedule and inventory levels for accurate communication with customers
- All other related tasks

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 years’ experience with proven track record of successfully servicing strategic customer accounts, supply, and general requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems (Sales Force preferred)
- Excellent ERP system skills required in IQMS, SAP, Oracle etc.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
