Administrative Clerk

Wasteco is a Canadian company committed to providing solid waste management and recycling solutions for industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) customers across southern Ontario.
We are actively looking for a administrative clerk position requiring the individual to have good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Duties will include closing driver routes, data entry, answering incoming phone calls, A/P & A/R and other duties as assigned.
Ability to multitask and strength in communication required and previous office experience a plus, but not absolutely necessary.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support for the division to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Manage work orders; auditing them to ensure for signatures and required information
Closing driver routes; verifying statistics, proper calls and disposal ticket entry
Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure the division balances; identifying any errors or issues and flagging to management
Reconciling disposal tickets
Entering vehicle inspection forms, purchase orders, and diesel tickets into CFA(our vehicle maintenance program)
**Qualifications**:
Highschool diploma required
Well versed with technology and Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
1 year experience in an administrative role
Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
