**Clerk - Dispatch**
**Job Summary**
The Clerk - Dispatch is responsible for providing administrative support to the Dispatch Department.
**Responsibility**
- Receive customs paperwork through electronic communication from driver, customer or in office and ensure documents are in order.
- Submit necessary information to Customs and Broker in a timely and accurate manner.
- Advise drivers via two-way radio and satellite messaging when they are clear to cross the border.
- Troubleshoot issues and seek resolution to avoid delays.
- Collect, sort, and distribute all returning driver trip envelopes.
- Ensure all outbound driver trip envelopes are complete with necessary documentation.
**Academic/Educational Requirements**
Completion of Secondary School Diploma
**Required Skills/Experience**
- Experience in the transportation industry as asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
