**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero for efficient financial management.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial auditing and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Xero.
- Experience with payroll processing and managing accounts receivable/payable functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
