**Aperçu du poste**:
En tant que coordonnateur des relations, vous rejoindrez notre équipe de développement des affaires. Responsable pour la création et le maintien des relations à travers le Canada, l'équipe de développement des affaires travaille ensemble pour créer des présentations pour nos campagnes out-of-home (OOH) en s'assurant de respecter les échéances. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui aime travailler en équipe, qui a d'excellentes compétences en communication et qui a l'esprit créatif.

**Vos responsabilités**:
En termes simples: effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, effectuer des appels téléphoniques, courriels, réunions, organisation, planification, recherche, création de listes d’emplacements, gestion de bases de données et la prospection de contact avec de nouveaux partenaires.

- Contribuer au développement du réseau grâce à une sensibilisation personnalisée auprès des principaux prospects et partenaires de l’EIUM par le biais d'appels téléphoniques et de courriels.
- Créez différentes tactiques pour présenter une idée pour diverses campagnes en français et en anglais.
- Assurer que l'équipe d’EIUM offre une excellente expérience client à travers chaque interaction.
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe des opérations pour lancer et exécuter des campagnes en cours.
- Développer, maintenir et améliorer les relations d'affaires avec des partenaires stratégiques pour soutenir les affaires actuelles et futures.

**Job Overview**:
As Relationship Coordinator, you will be joining our Business Development team. Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships across Canada, the Business Development team works together to create pitches for our OOH campaigns while ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, who has excellent communication skills, and excels in out of the box thinking.
