**Description du poste**:
Climatisation Morrison Inc. est le leader du marché au niveau du contrôle environnemental de l'industrie de la simulation aérospatiale. Ayant son siège social à Montréal, Climatisation Morrison maintient également une forte présence régionale dans le marché du service mécanique (CVAC) des bâtiments institutionnels, commerciaux et industriels situés au Québec. Le Coordonnateur des relations avec les fournisseurs (C.R.F.) sera responsable de coordonner les comptes des clients et de gérer la relation financière entre Climatisation Morrison et chaque client. Le C.R.F. fournira également un soutien administratif aux trois divisions opérationnelles en ce qui a trait à la facturation et au traitement des commandes. Une fois sa formation complétée, le C.R.F. aura une vision globale des transactions interdivisionnelles de l'entreprise en ce qui concerne les différents clients.

**Responsabilités**:
1) Entrée de données dans un environnement multidivisionnel avec ACCPAC et Jonas.

2) Vérification et validation quantitatives et qualitatives des informations.

3) Produire des rapports hebdomadaires pour les superviseurs.

4) Assister aux réunions de comptes clients sur une base hebdomadaire.

5) Création de contrats, de codes clients et de codes de contrats dans les bases de données ACCPAC et Jonas en collaboration avec la division respective.

6) Contrôle des inventaires, y compris l'utilisation des matériaux, les retours et les vérifications de l'intégrité des données.

7) Traitement des paiements, y compris les cartes de crédit, les chèques, les virements électroniques et bancaires.

8) Communication avec les clients, y compris la réponse aux demandes et le suivi des comptes en souffrance.

9) Fournir un soutien administratif pour les différentes divisions au besoin.

10) Gérer la circulation des différentes informations, l'entrée de données et la traçabilité des matériaux et de la main-d'œuvre.

11) Rester au courant des détails concernant les contrats et les clients afin de comprendre et d'apporter les améliorations possibles aux méthodologies de travail.

12) Capacité de s'adapter et d'évoluer vers de nouvelles tâches au besoin.

**Qualifications**:
1) Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (bilingue oral et écrit).

2) Baccalauréat ou diplôme technique (administration, gestion ou domaine connexe) ou expérience équivalente.

3) Capacité à être concentré et productif sous pression et contraintes de temps.

4) Bon sens de l'organisation.

5) Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs tâches simultanément.

6) Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication en français et en anglais.

7) Maîtrise des suites Microsoft Office, Adobe, et bases de données Jonas et ACCPAC.

8) Capacité à comprendre et gérer les principes d'optimisation des différentes tâches numériques.

9) Capacité à exploiter et à s'adapter aux systèmes des clients (Oracle, SAP, etc.).

Climatisation Morrison Inc. is the market leader in controlled environments for the Aerospace Simulation industry. The company is headquartered in Montreal and also maintains a strong presence and regional workforce for the mechanical services market for buildings for the institutional, commercial, and industrial base of Quebec. The Vendor Relationship Coordinator (V.R.C.) will be responsible for coordinating the accounts of clients and managing the financial relationship between Climatisation Morrison and each client. The V.R.C. will also provide administrative support to the three operational divisions in terms of billing and order processing. After training, the V.R.C. will have a global view of the company's inter-division transactions regarding different clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Enter data in a multidivisional environment with ACCPAC and Jonas.

2) Verify and validate quantitative and qualitative information.

3) Produce weekly reports for supervisors.

4) Attend weekly accounts client meetings.

5) Create contracts, client codes, and contract codes in ACCPAC and Jonas databases in collaboration with respective divisions.

6) Control inventory, including material usage, returns, and data integrity checks.
