**Position Description**

Reporting to the Financial Manager and above, the Accounting Assistant is responsible for maintaining and recording all financial records of Real Fruit Bubble Tea USA in the general ledger and corresponding accounts. In addition, you will also be assisting with office administrative tasks as needed.
- _**New graduates**_ are welcome
- No previous accounting work experience is required
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin (written and verbal) is an asset
- Strong time management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to details
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or QuickBooks
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a reliable method of transportation

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Check, verify, and record RFBT’s financial transactions such as invoices and expenses.
- Track and maintain inventory records.
- Reconcile and balance all accounts
- Maintain internal control systems
- Provide support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Comply with relevant reporting requirements
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
- Communicate with customers and staff through various channels
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of RFBT’s USA Headquarter
- Handle any ad hoc office administrative tasks as needed

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
