**Coordonnateur (trice) à la paie & avantages sociaux**

LabelInk est un chef de file canadien de solutions d'impression destinées à l'industrie de l'emballage: étiquettes, emballages flexibles (sachets), manchons thermo rétractables (Shrink Sleeves), étiquettes RFID. Vous avez la passion de l'imprimerie. Nous avons besoin de quelqu'un de dynamique et motivé pour se joindre à notre équipe de notre site d'Anjou.

Le (la) titulaire du poste sera appelé à travailler dans un environnement de travail où la polyvalence est de mise.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- La production de la paie canadienne et américaine;
- Créer le profil employé et maintenir à jour les données dans Employeur D;
- Effectuer et vérifier les opérations de traitement de la paie incluant les ajustements, avance CNESST;
- Collaborer avec les partenaires d’affaires RH afin d’adresser des demandes ou de questions en lien avec la paie et les vacances;
- Procéder à la saisie et validation des données (compte de dépenses et feuilles de temps) en appliquant les diverses normes du travail;
- Préparer les relevés d’emploi et T4, R1, T-2200, déductions à la source, banques de temps, vacances, congés;
- Assurer l’adhésion et la facturation de l’assurance collective;
- Administrer et traiter les déductions sur les prestations d’assurance collectives et REER collectif;
- Mettre à jour les informations de fin d’années au niveau des avantages sociaux (ajustement de primes);
- Préparer les documents de fin d’année (T4 - Relevé 1 d’entreprise - documents de stage, déclaration CNESST etc.);
- Effectuer la préparation et remise gouvernementale périodique des divers paiements (WSIB, EHT, DAS.);
- Produire et valider des rapports;
- Agir comme personne ressource et point de contact pour Kronos;
- Autres taches connexes.

**C’est nécessaire**:

- Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Bilinguisme essentiel (anglais, français)
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office, plus particulièrement Excell
- Bonne connaissance d’employeur D (atout)
- Connaissance de la paie américaine (atout)

**Payroll & Benefits Coordinator**

LabelInk is a Canadian leader in printing solutions for the packaging industry: labels, flexible packaging (pouches), shrink sleeves, RFID tags. You have a passion for printing. We need someone dynamic and motivated to join our team at our Anjou site.

The incumbent will be required to work in a multi-skilled environment.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Production of Canadian and U.S. payroll.
- Create employee profile and maintain data in Employer D.
- Perform and verify payroll processing operations including adjustments, CNESST advance.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to address requests or questions related to payroll and vacation.
- Enter and validate data (expense accounts and time sheets) in compliance with various labour standards.
- Prepare Records of Employment and T4, R1, T-2200, payroll deductions, time banks, vacations, vacations.
- Ensure group insurance enrolment and billing.
- Administer and process group insurance and group RRSP deductions.
- Update year-end benefits information (premium adjustments).
- Prepare year-end documents (T4 - Relevé 1, internship documents, CNESST declarations etc.).
- Preparation and periodic government remittance of various payments (WSIB, EHT, DAS, etc.).
- Produce and validate reports.
- Act as resource person and point of contact for Infopunch.
- Other related tasks.

**Required**:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Bilingualism essential (English, French)
- Good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel
- Good knowledge of Employer D (asset)
- Knowledge of American payroll (asset)
