About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Supervisor to join our team at Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club. As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing events from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute events, including set-up, execution, and tear-down.
  • Lead a team of Event Servers and collaborate with the Kitchen Team and other departments to ensure a smooth event.
  • Develop and implement event concepts, menus, and logistics.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Team to ensure a cohesive and professional event experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, including supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and technology.
