Isotech Design, a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of turnkey barrier Isolators, glove boxes, microenvironments, and clean air environments solutions for Pharmacies, Biopharma, and Research Centers, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. We specialize in providing sterile, chemo, and hormone compounding solutions to the Pharmacy segment.

**Responsibilities**:As a Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound problem resolution, repairs, and technical questions from customers.
- Overseeing the consumables program, managing orders, and driving sales in this area.
- Managing service contracts and promoting service sales to our valued clients.
- Preparing proposals and responding to RFQs for repairs, parts, and service inquiries.

**Qualifications**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/DEC or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in both English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong management skills to lead and support the customer service team effectively.
- Excellent presentation abilities to communicate our offerings professionally to customers.
- A dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in computer software and ERP systems to streamline processes.
- Project Process skills to ensure efficient project management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

- Commission pay
