Customs Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action when necessary.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Manage the budget and ensure that resources are used efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular feedback to staff on their performance.
- Create a positive work environment for team members.
**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
