We are looking for a Maintenance Program Partner to join Element Fleet Management. The Maintenance Program Partner is to be the concierge for maintenance services, ensuring efficient and effective coordination of vehicle maintenance for our strategic client, maintaining high vehicle uptime and supporting our client's operational success.

A Day in the Life

Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for all maintenance requests, managing communications and coordinating with service providers to book and monitor repairs with goals of getting the uptime as quickly as possible- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, adhering to our internal standards and regulatory compliance- Resolves issues efficiently

Partners with suppliers and depot managers- Authorize and consult on necessary repairs, ensuring they align with client policy- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate service costs, aiming for the maximum uptime without compromising service quality- Ensure the quality of repairs and services meets our high standards- Workflow and reporting Management

Collaboration with the Program Manager & Product team- Work closely with the client and internal teams to identify process improvements and efficiency gains

Workflow & Reporting Management- Utilize various technology tools and maintenance platform for scheduling, tracking, and follow-up on preventive and corrective maintenance- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on maintenance activities, challenges, and outcomes

**Requirements**:
- BS or BA in business or related field desired; relevant work experience considered in lieu of- Experience with vendor negotiations and service contract management required- Background in the transportation or logistics industry, especially in fleet management, is advantageous- Willingness to provide after-hours support for urgent maintenance needs- Demonstrated Experience in fleet maintenance coordination or vehicle repair management- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to improvise solutions; and make decisions- Effective organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities-
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and relationship skills- Maintain timely responsiveness to client needs and requests- Respect for confidentiality; able to maintain professional demeanor and lead by example- Detail oriented- Ability to consult on vehicle repair work effectively- Effective presentation skills/ ability to communicate within client meetings- Mechanic experience a plus- French speaking a plus but not required
