**We are looking for our next Bilingual Specialist, Operations and Partner Relations (Express). Could it be you?**

Reporting to the Manager, Operations and Partner Relations (Express), you will support business relationships with all existing non-traditional business partners, with a defined focus on partners in Quebec and Ontario. Important to this role is the ability to maximize and foster business relationships, support sales growth by identifying opportunities/challenges, trouble-shoot and problem-solve issues as they arise, coach and influence in order to maintain brand standards, and business savvy to support the overall growth of non-traditional partnerships at M&M Food Market.

**This position involves extensive travel to new and existing locations (50% of the time) in Quebec, Ontario, and across Canada, to ensure their timely and successful opening, as well as ensuring partners are trained and armed with the tools necessary to successfully sell M&M Food Market products and represent the brand.**
**This role is fully bilingual - English and French, written and spoken - to accommodate partner relationships and communications across Ontario and Quebec.**
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Assist with opening new locations in the non-traditional business sector, including extensive travel to new partners and new locations
Coordinate with internal and external partners to assist with all of the new non-traditional location processes, including store set-up, product ordering/inventory, partner training & coaching, sales reporting, target development, marketing, etc.
Assist with the management of partner relationships by maintaining continuous communication to ensure strong relationships are maintained and any risks and challenges are identified and addressed in a timely manner with the partner and the Operations and Partner Relations (Express).
Utilize the opportunity to expand the program with partners by identifying opportunities for locations, methods and programs to increase sales, and by teaching best practices, ensuring that brand standards are always maintained.
Assist with the maintenance of brand standards amongst non-traditional partners by working with the Manager, Operations Auditing and Compliance (Express) to follow up on partner audits and reviews and tracking performance across locations
Coordinate and collaborate with various head office departments i.e. work closely with the Finance and Supply Chain teams to create price lists for each partner and with the Marketing team to create the appropriate promotional material for Express Partners.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a store management, training or development role
- **Bilingualism (English/French) is required**:

- Experience in restaurant, retail or grocery operations an asset
- **Ability to travel throughout Canada with schedule flexibility to accommodate operational needs, including evenings and weekends, overnight travel and sometimes extended travel that needs to be booked without a lot of lead time**:

- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally, and effectively communicate issues, actively engage and influence, and work collaboratively as a team member
- A results and action-oriented approach to work with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
- Superior communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to understand and contribute to various kinds of documentation
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently, handle multiple demands and prioritize accordingly
- **Ability to organize, understand, and analyze data from multiple sources**:

- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 40lbs, standing and walking
- A valid driver's license and good driving record, as well as a reliable vehicle
