**Summary**:
The Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of technology products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing end user clients, value added resellers and distributors to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate technology products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time in US and Canada.
