Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development and Sales leader to manage and develop our Canadian business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, managing diverse sales teams, and executing strategies that align with Exclusive Networks' North America vision and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure senior executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all business development and sales activities in Canada, designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients, evaluating costs to determine pricing, and developing the business with key vendors.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management or leadership role, preferably within the technology, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving growth and managing diverse sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $270,000 CAD per year, plus benefits including extended health, dental, life, and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness coverage, RRSP matching, vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
