With in-house computer-aided design systems and tooling facilities, we offer faster prototyping and production turnaround times for all our sealing products. Our customized manufacturing processes also allow for small and large quantity production runs at a cost-effective price.
**Who are we looking for?**:
We are currently seeking a driven and outgoing full-time **Technical Sales Representative** to join our team at Nuraseal Co. Ltd
We are looking for a solutions orientated individual who is experienced in lead generation to be responsible for growing and fostering business relationships within North America.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Promote, source and pitch Nuraseal Co. Ltd’s machining, sealing, and urethane casting services
- Identify sales opportunities in various relative markets
- Prospect for new business opportunities for sales growth and expand customer base
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure products are prepared in accordance with customer requests and delivery dates
- Work closely with Vice President to develop goals, monitor sales targets, and report on opportunity activities in the field
- Identify and develop new relationships to grow the business and assist the company expand while maintaining existing relationships
- Utilize sales tools provided
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum two (2) years B2B sales experience
- Previous experience working in the manufacturing, machining, sealing, or heavy equipment industry is preferred
- Post-secondary education in engineering or related discipline would be an asset, but not required
- Must have previous cold-calling and lead generation experience
- Strong customer service focus
- Previous experience in a machine shop is an asset
- Must be able to work well independently and effectively with a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to consistently represent the company in a professional manner
- Sound analytical thinking, planning prioritization and execution skills
- Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
- Valid Class G Driver’s License
- Must have your own vehicle
**Travel Requirements**:
This position requires being able to travel as needed to meet with existing and potential customers. When not travelling, the Technical Sales Representative will be expected to work at the Head Office located in Mississauga, Ontario.
