- Responsibilities
- Inform clients about the status of their delivery;
- Collect comments from clients and escalate particular cases if needed;
- Improve the company's service by listing issues that came up while dealing with problematic cases throughout the day.
**Qualifications**:
- 6 months of experience in a customer service position (call centre environment seen as an asset);
- effective, responsible and keep your cool while facing difficult cases;
- great listening and writing skills;
- customer satisfaction is your priority;
- capacity to show courtesy and empathy when needed;
- comfortable working with Office 365, Google Maps, and internet in general;
- bilingual (English and French).
