**Manager, Document & Content Management**
**Location**:Toronto

The Manager of Documentation & Content Management leads the development and delivery of strategic solutions related to Document Production or Electronic Content.

**You’re Great At**:

- Providing technical expertise, best practices, and advice to the team on the design, development, and implementation of complex Document and Content Management solutions.
- Managing Document and Content Management solutions using Azure DevOps.
- Driving the facilitation and development of solutions that will compliment business strategy.
- Understanding Document and Content Management processes and develop solutions according to best practices.
- Owning the design and development of Document and Content Management solutions in a complex IT environment with numerous interconnected or disparate components.
- Elevate team performance by encouraging and rewarding focused and consistent engagement, overseeing and enhancing operational procedures, and managing budgets and staffing to meet business requirements.
- Assess staff training and development needs and provide recommendations for training opportunities to build a competent staff capable of fulfilling all technical functions within the unit.

**You Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years' experience working in a technology environment.
- 5+ years working in a technical lead capacity or similar.
- Document Management experience with Tool such as GMC (Quadient), Open Text or SharePoint.
