Full Job Description

The Cosmetic Clinic is a growing Cosmetic and Regenerative Medicine Nurse-led group of clinics founded on the philosophy of enhancing natural beauty through safe and effective medical technologies and techniques.

We are looking for a self-motivated, positive individual who is passionate about their and looking for a great team to join. Main responsibilities include:

- Managing and processing bi-weekly payroll
- Keeping up to date on statutory payroll changes
- T4 and ROE preparation as required
- Locate receipts
- Verify Invoices
- Accounts payable and receivable and reconciling accounts
- Follow up with any vendor discrepancies
- Prepare deposits
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Prepare and monitor profitability reports and statements & review with management
- Input daily sales; Assist and enter inventory entries and adjustments
- Implement new accounting procedures if required
- Month and Year end closing
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:

- College diploma or certificate in accounting/bookkeeping preferred
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Will to adapt and remain agile as the company grows
- Self-starter, great communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with Ceridian and Jane an asset
- In-person role - Ottawa - Barrhaven or Kanata locations
- Fluency in English is required
