**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reconciling daily sales reports of 5-6 sales representatives
- Entering daily invoices (volume data entry)
- Receiving payments for invoices
- Posting business transactions to Quickbooks Desktop
- Monthly bank, and charge card reconciliations
- Government remittances
- Preparing and sending out customer statements
- Following up on late payments and unpaid accounts
- Accounts payable and receivable functions
- Preparing cheques
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and make required changes before submitting payment
- Prepare month-end closings and reporting documents
- Payroll (automated system)
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Administrative tasks as requested
- Work in an electronic inventory system to investigate and address invoice and order queries by customers and suppliers

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years experience in common bookkeeping functions
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks **Desktop**, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Account analysis and reconciliation expertise
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written skills in English
- Ability to work “”, this is not a remote position

**Experience in the distribution industry is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
