As the Bookkeeper, you will oversee the company’s financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurate, timely, and well-documented. You will play an essential role in processing day-to-day transactions, payroll, and financial reporting, helping us make sound financial decisions and maintain smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Accounts Management**: Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- ** Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- ** Payroll Processing**: Prepare payroll for employees, track hours and deductions, and record payroll expenses accurately.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow summaries.
- ** Expense Tracking**: Monitor and record expenses, ensuring all receipts and transactions are filed and classified correctly.
- ** Data Accuracy**: Enter and maintain accurate records in accounting software.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements, protecting company financial information.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally within a service-oriented company.
- ** Education**: Diploma or certification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field is preferred.
- ** Software Skills**: Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- ** Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- ** Communication**: Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with the team, vendors, and clients.
- ** Problem Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
