Duties Include:

- Lead the development of all FOH Employees and Supervisors
- Weekly reporting (Revenues, COG’s, Labour, and all other Contribution Margin factors)
- Weekly Inventory
- Scheduling
- Guest Relations
- Operations
- Beverage Menu development and refinement
- Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Event & Large Party Bookings

Qualities Include:

- Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience
