**Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Front of House Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all FOH daily operations
- Schedule FOH employees, ensuring that it follows Stella’s labour budget, projections, & policies
- Provide an excellent guest experience, exceeding expectations of sincerity, friendliness, and willingness to please
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of menu items, including allergy restrictions, and ensure staff are following the allergy protocol procedure
- Address guest complaints/concerns promptly and respectfully
- Assist with FOH recruitment, training, onboarding, and coaching
- Perform inventory and ordering duties
- Oversee that all cleaning checklists are being completed
- Ensure all FOH equipment is clean and in good working order
- Providing feedback to the GM on employee performance and equipment
- Performance management of FOH staff, including discipline (excluding termination), semi-annual performance reviews, testing & development plans
- Ensure clear communication with employees, documenting any HR related situations
- Implement and manage strategic plans for all categories within budget
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Ensure confidentiality and protection of all employee information
- Provide employees a work environment that is safe and free of any harassment
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Valid SmartChoices certification
- Full-time, flexible availability
- FOH supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written
- Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to be proactive in challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Positive attitude and team mindset

**Salary**: From $47,000.00 per year
