**Job Summary**

General Bookkeeping, office admin tasks and supportive duties

AR/AP/Payroll

Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation, monthly vendors and customer statements

Post & Maintain journal entries

Month End and Final Reports

Year end Preparation

Calculating wages and salaries, pay raises and compensation

Issuing tax forms and other document for employees

Preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, ensuring records are arcuate and AR journals are up to date.

Processing outgoing payment and receipts, verifying, classifying, and recording AP data

Prepare tax remittance, workers' compensation, and year end reports

Perform general office administrative duties as requested.

**Strong Sage 50 **& MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Attention to detail & organized

**Qualifications & Skills**:
3-7 years of experience in bookkeeping

Proficient written and oral English skills

**Education**:
Accounting Diploma or Degree

Experience in sales an asset

Competitive salary/hourly based on experience

**Schedule**:

- 40 hours per week (flexible)

**Experience**:

- Sage 50: 3 - 7 years
- Bookkeeping: 3 - 7 years (preferred)

**Expected Start Date**: TBD

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
