Botpress seeks a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team during an exciting growth phase. In this role, you will drive success by developing, managing, and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention across various channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and execute display, paid social, and search marketing campaign strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance by analyzing the effectiveness of digital campaigns and making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- Brainstorm and implement A/B experiments to discover the most effective ROI and scale campaigns accordingly.
- Create and implement product and category landing pages, as well as paid advertisement copy.
- In charge of managing relationship with external SEO firm to ensure that content is optimized throughout all our channels.
- Prepare marketing performance analytic reports and present to executive team.

**Requirements**:
You may be a good fit if you:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or a related field.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with tech startup experience being a plus.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in SEO and SEM, along with a working knowledge of SEO principles and PPC best practices.
- Are bilingual in French/English (this is preferred but not required).
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excel in unstructured environments and possess a natural talent for organizing and bringing structure to situations, particularly in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and working effectively in a team environment.
- Have a passion for transforming ambitious ideas into actionable steps, setting goals, and consistently achieving them.
- Possess knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and messaging tools such as HubSpot.
- Are familiar with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, copywriting for digital ads, and SEO tools like Google Analytics 4 & Semrush.
- Have experience with graphic design and video editing software (a plus).
- Exhibit a strong customer-centric approach, always prioritizing users when creating campaigns.
- Are passionate about generative AI technology and eager to join a team working at the forefront of this field.
