**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience working with large volumes of files.
- Experience managing client relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a compliance role.
- One (1) year experience supervising staff.
- Completion of (or working towards) a recognized accounting designation CPA (formerly CA, CGA, CMA).
- Recent experience in management of professional staff.
- Other relevant education, such as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Proviso
- Travel within BC and working extended hours and possibly weekends are a requirement.
- Valid class 5 BC driver’s license.
