**Front Desk Concierge**
**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Emergency response coordination 24/7 availability
- FOB and enter phone programming
- Coordinate and oversee moves in the building
- Confident in your verbal interactions
- Can understand fire plans and fire procedures
- Flexible in responding to changing demands
- Install/remove elevator pads and help out in areas that need to be cleaned up right away. Overflowing garbage bins need to be addressed asap especially in the lobby area
- Lobby area needs to look clean and tidy at all times
- Report and address security concerns
- Report issues to management/council on a daily basis
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving issues promptly and in a polite manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience (2-3 yrs) in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services.
- Knowledge of basic office software and phone systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Additional pay:
