**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel systems is desirable

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for guest check-in/check-out processes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive impression of our hotel. Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.50-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
