**About the Work**
- You can create and send documents (Promotion letters, Salary increases, Title Changes etc.) to support the HR team.
- You will utilize our ATS (Greenhouse) effectively, including building jobs, creating templates, and running basic reports.
- Accurately enter and manage data in databases, spreadsheets and other information management systems.
- You are comfortable working with Excel/Google sheets and other reporting tools to create basic dashboards and ad hoc reports.
- You are able to communicate insights, feedback, and reports to team leads; regarding metrics, numbers, and activity.
- You can analyze data and provide trend information to influence strategies and draw conclusions for stakeholders.
- You will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition and HR teams to review and analyze onboarding tools, such as background check and reference check tools, as well as HR analytics tools.
- You can create straightforward processes, workflows, and instructions that enable anyone to perform tasks or understand work transfer between systems.
- Collect, analyze, and present data from various systems to support critical business decision-making in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leadership.
- You will maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, such as employee records or financial data, by following established security protocols and procedures.
- You will assist in implementing standard processes and controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy standards across systems.
- You have the ability to gather information using research strategies and current technology to gain insights into the people within our organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of our organization's vision, operations, and functions to assist in formulating policies and procedures that drive organizational growth.
- Perform other duties as required.

**About You**
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or other relevant disciplines.
- 1-2 years’ experience in talent coordination and/or general admin roles, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Have a positive, responsive, and courteous attitude while carrying out and conducting onboarding, and HR analytics duties and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized & detail-oriented professional: stay committed to step-by-step onboarding and interview coordination processes, paying attention to detail while completing tasks end to end.
- Understanding of data privacy standards and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Prioritizes a high volume of tasks and requires mínimal guidance and supervision.
- Are highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with HRIS Systems (UltiPro/UKG), ATS systems (Greenhouse & iCIMS), and Atlassian PM tools (Confluence & Jira).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, E-mail, etc.)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.)
