With over 25 years of experience in web radiology, RamSoft is dedicated to delivering award-winning, fully customizable, feature-rich solutions for healthcare providers around the world. We're currently seeking a VP of People Operations to join our team
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of People Operations to lead our growth and make RamSoft a Top Company to work for. This senior executive role reports directly to our CEO and is responsible for defining, directing, and owning the end-to-end People Operations (HR & Recruitment) strategy.

**What will you do?**
- Implement top-tier People & Culture programs and initiatives, such as analytics, total rewards, workforce planning, international expansion, leadership and employee development, diversity, equity and inclusion, retention and engagement strategies, and organizational change management.
- Serve as a strategic partner to all members of the Executive Leadership Team, Directors and People Leaders by providing insightful, innovative, and empathetic problem-solving.
- Leverage insights from discussions with leaders to address organizational gaps and opportunities, and ensure the creation of development plans to bridge the gaps.
- Develop a scalable People Operations strategy that aligns with the business mission and vision while upholding our values.
- Foster a performance-based culture that sets measurable objectives, develops employee engagement programs, promotes accountability, and encourages regular feedback.
- Develop and drive initiatives related to building strong leadership capabilities for the business and the development of leadership competency within the business, including succession planning and identification of high potential employees
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure continuous learning, evolution of the People function, and enhancement of the team’s capabilities.
- Manage operating budgets for the department including employee salaries and benefits as well as all departmental costs.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure People policies and practices comply with applicable laws, standards, and best practices globally.
- Oversee coordination and management of our workspaces and facilities operations including vendor relationships, building maintenance, and ongoing office space needs.
- Deliver timely internal communications to employees to break down silos and positively impact alignment.
**What will you bring to RamSoft?**
- 10+ years of HR/People Operations or related experience, with 5+ in a senior leadership position managing an HR department at a multinational software company.
- A master’s degree in business or HR management or a related field.
- Ability to lead the development of sustainable DEI, including Belonging programs
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple People Operations areas, with immense depth in business partnering and operations, change management, and building efficient and scalable processes and procedures
- High level of business acumen with the ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and influence decision-making across an organization, using data and various forms of feedback.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a deep comfort managing budgets and monitoring business results globally.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High EQ, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, with the ability to foster psychological safety in the workplace and engage employees in achieving the company’s vision
- Extensive experience preparing and presenting strategic plans to senior leadership teams, board members, and external partners.
