Brandt is currently looking for a Corporate Parts Planning Manager in our Regina location. The Corporate Parts Planning Manager, under the guidance of the Parts Operations Manager, is responsible for managing the parts inventory to meet the needs of dealers and end users for products manufactured by Brandt Industries. The Corporate Parts Planning Manager will lead both the Parts Planning and Inventory Control Teams to achieve their goals. This role is crucial for analyzing data to achieve optimal inventory levels, ensuring swift order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient inventory turnover with mínimal obsolescence.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Support for New Product Initiatives**:

- Engage in stakeholder discussions for new product launches.
- Compile comprehensive parts catalogs and spare parts listings.
- Develop and implement Brandt’s stocking strategies for new product releases.
- Generate Dealer Stocking Lists tailored to new products.
- **System Parameter Management**:

- Oversee and adjust parameters for stocking strategies and reorder points.
- Manage commodity codes and categorize service parts.
- Set and review parts pricing.
- Determine and mitigate inbound freight factors.
- **Customer and Depot Coordination**:

- Maintain the database of primary customers for each parts distribution center.
- Identify essential parts for procurement and ensure timely availability.
- **Inventory and Distribution Analysis**:

- Conduct sales analysis across all Brandt Industries warehouses.
- Plan and coordinate efficient and cost-effective parts distribution and restocking.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
- **Long Lead Time Items Management**:

- Ensure early procurement of items with extended lead times to meet demand.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Work with parts and service teams to quickly adapt to changing requirements.
- Work with engineering, purchasing, cost accounting and production to ensure the needs of the department are being met.

- Strong ability to forecast with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Practical experience with machinery and equipment.
- Educational background in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience in manufacturing or inventory management.
