As one of SaskTel’s largest authorized dealers with 19 retail locations, we offer wireless, internet, TV, home/commercial security, and repair services to customers across the province. Founded locally over 30 years ago, we are recognized for our outstanding service, innovative products, and employee well-being.
Jump.ca is looking for a motivated Corporate Account Manager to join our Corporate Sales Team. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions to our business clients. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of sales strategies and expertise in IT systems, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your self-starter attitude, combined with a collaborative approach, will ensure that you work effectively with team members to provide tailored solutions that enhance our clients' operations. By simplifying complex technological concepts and fostering meaningful connections, you will drive success for both our clients and our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies tailored to meet client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients across various industries, positioning yourself as a trusted technology advisor.
- Engage potential clients with confidence, showcasing our innovative technology solutions that enhance connectivity, security, and operational efficiency.
- Use your networking skills to expand our client base while fostering valuable partnerships.
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations that make complex technology concepts relatable and easy to understand.
- Take initiative as a self-starter, setting personal goals and driving your sales efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and develop tailored solutions for client challenges.
- Utilize strong critical thinking and strategic skills to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Manage budgets and assist in creating accurate sales forecasts.
- Resolve client issues with patience and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience.

**Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications or technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient understanding of general IT concepts, including networking, cloud services, information security, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, managing client relationships, and employing a consultative sales approach to understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions to meet those needs.

A combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong understanding of IT systems related to telecommunications, such as Wi-Fi, VOIP, security, and backup solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with internal/external teams and clients, fostering collaboration to enhance service delivery.
- A self-starter, with a passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- Familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities and manage client interactions.
