**QUE FEREZ-VOUS?**
- Plus précisément, le représentant des ressources humaines sera responsable de:

- Soutenir les autres membres de l'équipe RH dans l'accomplissement de diverses tâches administratives et aider au besoin
- Effectuer des tâches administratives de ressources humaines pour tenir à jour les dossiers des employés
- Point de contact secondaire pour les demandes des employés Participer à des projets de ressources humaines en cours et ponctuels
- Fournir un soutien à l'intégration aux gestionnaires d'embauche
- Effectuer diverses fonctions administratives telles que la mise à jour des données des employés dans le SIRH, le traitement des nouvelles embauches et des licenciements, l'aide au recrutement (c. des dossiers Assure l'alignement avec les politiques et procédures établies Autres tâches assignees

Éducation et expérience:

- Diplôme ou diplôme en ressources humaines ou en commerce (avec une orientation/spécialisation en RH)
- Un an d'expérience connexe dans le domaine des RH ou du service à la clientèle.
- Connaissance des normes d'emploi et de la législation sur les droits de la personne.
- Expérience en ressources humaines fortement appréciée.
- Certification CRHA ou en voie d'obtention

Le rôle de Conseiller aux admissions consiste à faire la promotion et à vendre les programmes de formation de l’École aux étudiants éventuels de même qu’à s’assurer que la demande d’admission est dûment remplie et qu’elle se conforme entièrement aux exigences en matière de réglementation. Le Conseiller aux admissions, qui travaille sous supervision générale, a la responsabilité de vendre des programmes de formation de façon à atteindre ou à surpasser les objectifs d’inscription mensuels de l’École. Le titulaire de ce poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec le personnel du service du financement étudiant du campus.
