**Responsabilités**:

- Assurer le maintien du programme de gestion SSE couvrant toutes les activités du Groupe PMM O&M;
- Établir des politiques et procédures du Groupe PMM tout en respectant les politiques et procédures des membres du Consortium;
- Examiner la conformité de GPMM O&M à l’égard des exigences législatives, locales, provinciales et nationales applicables;
- Fournir un leadership à l’égard de la SSE, pour établir un engagement et faire la promotion des meilleures pratiques;
- Assurer la santé et la sécurité des employés, des visiteurs et des utilisateurs et intervenants sur le réseau REM;
- Recommander, suivre et présenter les objectifs annuels SSE;
- Examiner les statistiques sur les accidents et les incidents, cerner les tendances et recommander des mesures préventives et correctives;
- Exécuter le plan d'opérations annuel, y compris la gestion efficace du budget annuel
- À la sensibilisation régulière des équipes aux requis SSE et veillerez à ce qu’ils soient respectés en tout temps lors de la réalisation des diverses activités de GPMMOM;
- À la surveillance de l’efficacité du système et outil de gestion en SSE et prenez les actions nécessaires pour en assurer l’amélioration continue;
- À la mise en place du Comité SSE et à son organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme en santé et sécurité au travail, un atout
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans l’élaboration, la mise en œuvre et l’audit de système de Gestion SSE pour des projets d’une portée et d’une complexité similaires.
- Connaissances des lois SSE fédérales, provinciales et locales obligatoire;
- Expérience nécessaire avec ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 / OHSAS 4500;
- Expérience avec ISO 9001, un atout;
- Expérience de gestion dans un environnement opérationnel axé sur le client;
- Excellente maîtrise du Français.
- Excellente aptitude pour les communications interpersonnelles et pour le travail d’équipe;
- Solides capacités en apprentissage et d’adaptation;
- Esprit dynamique, rigoureux, proactif et autonome;
- Déplacements : être disponible afin de se déplacer sur l’ensemble du REM;
- Flexibilité : une certaine flexibilité dans l’horaire de travail pourra, ponctuellement, être requise

**EXPLEO USA** is looking for a
**Health, Safety and Environment Manager** to join a dynamic and expanding team in
**Brossard, QC.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the HSE management program covering all PMM O&M Group activities;
- Establish PMM Group policies and procedures while respecting the policies and procedures of Consortium members;
- Review PMM O&M's compliance with applicable legislative, local, provincial and national requirements;
- Provide HSE leadership, build commitment and promote best practices;
- Ensure the health and safety of employees, visitors, users and stakeholders on the REM network;
- Recommend, monitor and present annual HSE objectives;
- Review accident and incident statistics, identify trends and recommend preventive and corrective measures;
- Notify appropriate law enforcement authorities of serious injuries, hazardous occurrences and occupational illnesses;
- Execute annual operating plan, including effective management of annual budget
- Regularly sensitize teams to HSE requirements and ensure that they are respected at all times when carrying out GPMMOM's various activities;
- Monitor the effectiveness of the HSE management system and tools, and take the necessary action to ensure continuous improvement;
- Set up and organize the HSE Committee.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in occupational health and safety, an asset
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE Management System development, implementation and auditing for projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Knowledge of federal, provincial and local HSE legislation mandatory;
- Experience with ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 / OHSAS 4500 required;
- Experience with ISO 9001 an asset;
- Management experience in a customer-focused operational environment;
- Excellent command of French.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong learning and adaptation skills;
- Dynamic, rigorous, proactive and autonomous;
- Travel: available to travel throughout the REM;
- Flexibility: some flexibility in work schedule may be required from time to time.
