This includes conducting price increase analysis, tracking contract compliance, managing contract expiration, overseeing POC IT and service contracts, MCP (Managed Cartridge Program), among others.***

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a **Revenue Optimization Specialist,** you will be responsible for:

- Conducting systematic customer price review and identity gaps and improvement actions
- Performing in-depth analysis of contract status, including price increase terms and profitability by account
- Maintaining an updated record of current contracts with GPO (Group Purchasing Organizations) and IDN (Integrated Delivery Network), including detailed content
- Setting annual price lists, analyze price increases, and provide comprehensive analyses of pricing strategies
- Preparing analysis for customers selected offers, including volume, price, profitability, and scenarios
- Supporting POC Sales Operations activities in Canada:

- Managing booking forms for new installations
- Assisting in deal and quote approval for small non-strategic deals
- Disseminating customer bulletins and communications relevant to Canadian operations.
- Providing backup support for Canada MedTech diabetes calls
- Managing day-to-day pricing and contracts activities in Canada, including routing technical inquiries to the appropriate teams
- Assisting in preparing RFP (Request for Proposal) responses for Primary Care initiatives in Canada
- Any other related with Sales Operations function within the NAM region

- Have proven experience in revenue optimization, contract management, or related roles within a healthcare or medical technology environment
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct price increase analysis, evaluate contract compliance, and analyze account profitability
- Developed a familiarity with contract management and the ability to maintain comprehensive records of GPO and IDN contracts
- Display an excellent understanding of pricing strategies and experience in setting annual price lists
- Are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to analyze complex data
- You are a driven and detail-oriented professional with experience in revenue optimization and a passion for providing support in the Canadian healthcare market

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare market and regulations is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to disseminate information and support customer-facing activities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
