Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to support cross-functional digital operations between Product, IT, and Marketing teams, focusing on website analytics, user experience optimization, and digital channel performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customer interactions and building funnel reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, and Quantum Metric.
- Monitoring and optimizing SEO health using tools like SEM Rush.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Supporting website functionality testing and validation.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures.
- Participating in requirements gathering and project prioritization.
- Monitoring API performance and technical analytics.
Requirements:
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Quantum Metric).
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and SEO.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Nice to have: Google BigQuery.
