**HR Coordinator**

Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. Weldco-Beales Manufacturing is currently recruiting a
- **Human Resources (HR) Coordinator. **The position will report to the General Manager.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate full cycle recruitment for the branch.
- Conduct orientation and training programs
- Participate in implementing HR departmental initiatives.
- Coordinate the branches performance management system.
- Ensure HRIS database is up to date.
- Support foremen with performance management and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with the company policies.
- Other tasks as deemed necessary.

**Your qualifications**:

- Recognized Human Resources Diploma or Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience within a trades environment
- Recruitment experience is a must.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset.

- Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others.
- Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
