HR Coordinator-
- 1 position available for a full-time ~ 32 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.-
- Monday to Friday, in the office (Possibility for hybrid work once established).About Us:

Committed to "Making Wellness Possible," FSG Solutions Clinical Programs plays a pivotal role in creating and developing educational mental wellness programs and training resources.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Streamlined Onboarding and Recruitment Process- Utilize ADP and other technologies to create customized onboarding experiences.-
- Adapt onboarding processes for various entities within FSG, ensuring consistency-
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.-
- Coordinate/automate internships, summer positions, student opportunities-
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.2. Policy Review and Automation- Collaborate with the executive team to enhance and update policies.-
- Work on automating policy updates and serve as a point of contact for policy-related queries.-
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.-
- Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements.3. Transition to Cloud-Based Storage and Automation- Audit and organize onsite server, maintaining confidential paperwork storage.-
- Collaborate with the SharePoint Developer to upload and maintain electronic folders on SharePoint.-
- Explore and implement automation tools to streamline HR processes.-
4. Employee Health-
- Assist in resolving employee concerns in a fair and effective manner.-
- Maintain positive employee connection through regular communication and engagement initiatives.-
5. Occupational Health and Safety Integration:- Collaborate with the policy/executive team and the OHS committee to integrate occupational health and safety checks into automated processes.-
- Conduct a final review of processes, identify missing elements, and suggest future upgrades.6. Training Resource Development:
- Create visual tutorials on maintaining up-to-date policies, recruitment procedures, and utilizing new technologies.-
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.-
- Identify opportunities for employee skill enhancement and career growth.-
7. Benefits Administration-
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness initiatives.-
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.Qualifications:

- Education, or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR processes, policy development, and automation technologies.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Familiarity with ADP, Microsoft Suite (Power Automate, SharePoint), and other HR software.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
