**About the Role**:
As the first point of contact for our dealership, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers and visitors. We need someone who takes pride in their guest service, shows initiative, and can effortlessly multitask to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Provide administrative support across various departments.
- Maintain the customer lounge area and supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk clerk is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

**Requirements**:
- Secondary School education (preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- Proficiency in English (required)
