Job Summary:
You will be accountable for qualifying inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and other methods of producing interest from potential customers. You will design persuasive communication plans to qualify prospects into potential customers. You will work directly with marketing, technical staff and sales management to ensure that you are providing a high-quality experience for all prospects and helping interested organizations understand what we do and why they should be a customer..

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide fast effective communication with potential customers.
- Manage, qualify and nurture the inbound lead flow to generate quotes and nurture sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop outbound lead generation campaigns and design lead capture and nurture processes
- Generate demand by building targeted lists for outreach
- Manage relationships leads that are being nurtured
- Provide feedback on quality of leads being generated regularly. Collaborate with the team on how quality can be improved.
- Track status and quality of the leads as they move through the sales cycle for intelligence on quality and conversion rates
- Report on key metrics on a regular basis that measure the effectiveness of the process.
- BDRs are evaluated on the number of qualified leads they move through the pipeline and the sales closed.
- Research and cultivate an accurate perception of the organization’s mission and goals
- Attend industry functions, including tournaments and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-4 years of BDR or Retail Sales Experience
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Strong market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Consistent positive and professional attitude
- Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Obsessive attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of the martial arts industry and associated sports very beneficial
- Working knowledge of lead generation process and implementation of those processes in a technical stack.
